Everything was great from the moment we checked in. When we were checking out we were using the exit that butted up to some shrubbery between buildings and we saw a syringe needle on the ground near the exit and when we notified one of the housekeepers she quickly apologized and came to dispose of it. She also asked if my husband and I were both okay and she apologized profusely. She was amazing and was very kind in caring for our safety. Even when we had a couple friends over past midnight I know conversation got loud but nobody came knocking on our door to ruin the vibe. Love the atmosphere and will definitely come back!

Megan was very pleasant and helpful when we checked in. She wa multi- tasking answering the phone and working to get us our room timely. She was great!! Two ladies that were cleaning rooms upstairs were very nice and smiled and greeted us each time we passed by. Hotel was much cleaner and breakfast was very good, nice variety. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation. Excellent price point!! We were really surprised noise was minimal at night which was nice.

Very close to the airport, with restaurants & grocery store on the same street. Our basic need was to be close to the airport & a clean room, which it provided. Cost vs quality in this area is high at all airport hotels. There are probably better hotels, but we just needed to sleep for 1 night. We would stay here again, if need be.

The front desk woman asked if we would prefer first floor as they did have an elevator. We said yes and she gave us a more expensive room at no extra cost. She was very caring. The breakfast buffet was really good, waffles , biscuits & gravy and much more.

I was traveling with a trailer and I found plenty of open spaces to pull in and use two spots for truck and trailer, but on busy summer weekends I could see parking being a challenge. Overall stay was great, although Pool area was under construction.

Found a room for me when your other hotel could not. They made me feel welcome at 12:03 in the morning and they had parking. The night clerk was a wonderful young woman who was able to cope with an older person who was very very tired and frustrated with booking.com
